Never taken supplements before, I wanna star taking them... but what?

    I've been workint out on and off for about 2 years now and have never taken supplements.... well actually that's a lie, i've taken whey protein before but that's about it. Anyway, I was thinking about taking creatine and I was wondering what would be a good brand to start with. And also when taking creatine, am I supposed to take protein also?

    What supplements do you guys take daily???

    yes always take protein. LOTS of protein. i just take plain old GNC creatine monohydrate

    i hear its lots of caffeine little bit of creatine.
    i took it before one workout, gave me a HUGE boost in energy. if you need motivation it should help, but you might see better long term results with normal creatine.

    why should creatine have anything to do with your protein intake? I don't even consider whey a supplement, it's just another protein source. it's like calling chicken breasts a supplement.

    Creatine
    Fishoil
    Multivitamin

    eat lots of real food
    creatine if you want to spend money for no need
    ECA stack
    protein if you don't eat enough in real food
    lift weights
    run
    and repeat

    I'm definitely trying to bulk up first, and get cut after that. I read some posts here about how I should eat more, A LOT more, to bulk up and I've been trying to do just that.

    Anyway, I ordered ON Whey, No-Xplode, and BSN CellMass last night. Any comments on these?
