[IMG]I've learned a lot since then, these are some mostly badly PPd jpegs from my trip. When I get some time I am gonna go through the CR2s again and do some better adjustments. I still like some htough.

i feel like you capture a lot of already beautiful and interesting things, however i feel like your composition lacks in a lot of them.

    Very cool shots.

Where were they taken? Was that Pemex shot taken in Merida?

some good pics. Wish exif was intact, interested to see which lens you used. In some of them you must have been at the widest angle, as there is a ton of barrel distortion and some pretty bad vignetting. That's not your fault neccesarily, but I heard that there's plugins for photoshop with specific lens profiles that correct that. That's why I downloaded cs3 and am looking for plug in packs to try it out.

vast majority were taken with the 17-40L, probably every shot posted in this thread, except perhaps the portraits.

Sweet dude, I've spent tons of time in Merida, usually spent at Hotel del Gobernador, just down the street from that pemex. Walked by it daily.

Where did you stay in Merida?

Where are some of the other photos from? Some of them from chiapas?
