    Good morning/afternoon:

The Cingular Wireless SIM Unlock Group appreciates the opportunity to assist you with your request and we strive to respond in a timely manner. For security and verification purposes, all requests for SIM unlock codes must be directed to our Customer Service Department which can be reached by dialing 1-866-246-4852. When contacting Customer Service please have the following information available to expedite your call:

    Customer's name on the account
    Customer's mobile number
Make and model of the phone (ie: Motorola v60)
IMEI#. This can be found by pressing *#06# on the phone's keypad.

If you are requesting an unlock code on a phone that was purchased from another party (ie: from a seller on Ebay) you will not be able to obtain the code from us. The selling party will need to contact the previous cellular service provider for the code.

    Thank you

How would I go about getting this code should i tell them im going overseas? I have a mpx 200 att phone and i want it to work on cingular.:)

What phone are you looking at to unlock? Network PUK? Hmm...I think you're just looking for an unlock code. Completely different than a PUK code.
