Need a little ayuda por favor

I have a home network setup with a DLink WBR-2310 router and it works fine. Both desktops are running XP and we can see each other over the network, no problems.

Problem comes in when I connect a laptop running Vista to router (internet and stuff works fine when connected via ethernet cable) but I cant see anything on the network. I'd like to be able to use wireless everything on the laptop but nothing I've tried has worked so far. How can I see the laptop on the network, both wirelessly and wired?

Has anyone else run into this problem? Does vista and xp have problems communicating to each other or what?

    :x:

Try accessing the machines directly, by going to Start=>Run and typing "\\computernamehere".

If that works, but My Network Places still shows nothing, make sure you have "Automatically detect network blahblahblah" turned on in Explorer's "Folder Options" window.

Make sure you are in the same workgroup.
