I need recommendations on a good business-class router with built-in firewall and VPN.

Will be connecting to a t1 line (DSU/CSU) and the user-interface on configuring the router/firewall/VPN needs to be user-friendly (I'm far from cisco certified)

any recommendations? I was looking at some of the AdTrans routers..... but they say it's command-line interface... not sure how "user-friendly" thats gonna be.

Avoid Nokia firewalls. Unless you have a dedicated "firewall guy", or you enjoy pain.

Pretty steep leaning curve on any CLI though. Throw someone in front of a Windows PC or a Mac and tell them to write and print a letter and they'll do it pretty quickly. Throw them in front of DOS or Unix and they'll grab a piece of paper out of the printer and hand write the damn thing after a couple of hours.

btw, pretty sure the juniper has a web/user friendly gui. i'm like 95% sure. at least the isg i was on the other day.

but yeah, most people hate cli. but they're not that bad. just use one for a bit and you'll never look back.
