I need a .net 2.0 host, preferably a cheap one.
godaddy.com is cheap & good for .net 2.0 .I had no problems so far.
Only problem is no remote connections on your mssql database, but their online manager is pretty good.
because doing a google search gives you people's opinions of them, right?
Thank you for not being a cum-gargling jizz dragon like kingtoad's ugly linux cock riding self.
Is there a name for the online manager they use, or is something proprietary?
Yea all their stuff is proprietary.
The SQL manager will let you do tables, views, stored procedures, UDF, Schemas, Assemblies, & XML Schema Collections.
It also has a Query Analyzer, and Script & Data wizards
Woah internet rage. Didn't know you would get so offended after answering your ridiculously stupid question.
Just do a bit of research and you'll find the information you need at the cost you need. There are hosting review sites. Get off your ass and go look at them. There are very few .net 2.0 developers on OT and they mostly stick to the Offtopic forum. You can take your stupid questions in there, you might get more responses. But the webmaster lab sub-forum mostly has open source developers.
Just some food for thought. Try not to get too upset at the internet.
Did I rape your mother or something?
No, you just always seem to respond to my posts in some smart ass way and I'm home with a sick one and a half year old right now instead of at work finishing work for a huge fucking deadline which means I'll be up working all fucking night to try to get shit done so needless to say I'm in a horrible mood. yes, that was a run on sentence.
I wasn't aware posting a google link to hundreds of Windows hosting providers was considered being a "smart ass".
Well, obviously I'm intelligent enough to use google. I assumed that since this is a webmaster forum, people could post hosts they had experience with. Often times word of mouth is a much better indicator of how good a business is than google. Posting a google link is pretty sarcastic and smart ass IMO.
You've got issues.
You're posting useless shit in threads for no reason other than to troll, and I've got issues.
