Negro on the squat rack!!! :rant:

    Go into the gym and head straight for the squat rack:bowdown: This older black guy, in pretty good shape for and old dude, takes the squat rack before I can get to it. He loads up 25 pounds on each side:squint: :ugh: and proceeds to start pumping out bicep curls with pretty bad form. He uses his back alot:ugh: :rofl: to get the bar up. He then loads up 10 more pounds on each side and this time he's practically using his back to swing hte bar up:rofl: . He then loads up 5 more pounds on each side and pumps out 3 reps with the most god awful form. He's now using all his back power, leaning back and swinging the bar up. I'm standing there stretching getting ready to do powercleans thinking to myself:ugh: :mamoru: .

    To be equally oppressive to all races I will also mention the very old honkey I saw doing bicep curls. - So I'm resting up for my next set on bench press. I see this old dude fat white dude with skinny ass arms and a fat ass stomach. No muscle at all in his legs and arms and no fat either. But he has a huge belly.:mamoru: He takes a 20-40 pound barbell(couldnt tell really) and proceeds to swing the bar up using his back like the black dude did. Now this is with a 20-40 pound barbell:noes: Couldn't help laugh to myself.

    I usually don't care about other people but this day I just found it awfully funny.

    The white dude was horrible. I felt bad for him really. Wonder what he looked like at a younger age. Hopefully not like that:ugh2:

    Another rant- On fourth set at bench going for 1 plate plus 20 on each side. Ask this big guy to spot me. I lift it up and he takes 1 arm at the center of the bar and kinda pulls it up as I push up. Now I'm thinking wtf and I just finish up the 5 sets like a breeze. Wasted.

    Moral of the story-Make danm sure that the person spotting you knows wtf he's doing.

    I would join in, but when I went to the gym and 95% of the faggots were curling, i proceded to fuck my shoulder up trying cleans for the first time and went home.

    Ya cleans are a killer. My gym isn't so bad. There are people who do the good stuff like squats and deadlifts. There will always be the fags but instead of getting annoyed I just laugh to myself.

    don't bother watching and stressing over others. find another exercise or do cardio for a warmup if the rack isn't available.

    or do what i do, go during no peak hours to avoid hassle.

    btw there are plenty of people who do cheat curls as a way to increase bicep strength. it doesn't necessarily mean they always do 'em with bad form.

    Using your back to swing the bar up is bad form.

    And I was stretching while i was waiting. Not just doing nothing. At my gym it's alwyas peak hours:greddy:

    There was this older dude at my gym this past sunday riding a stationary bike with a full race car driver getup on. I mean gloves, full helmet, jumpsuit, etc... weirdest thing I've ever seen. The visor got all fogged up after about 15 minutes.

    Powercleans, Bench press, decline/incline bench, squats, weighted lunges, chest fly's, weighted dips, weighted sit ups, 10 minutes on bike. I did that. Took me about 2.5 hours i think

    hmmm and you're critiquing someone else's workout habits?

    i do heavy barbell curls. if there's a squat rack available, i'll do them in there, out of convenience. that, and noone at my gym squats, so...
