I recently have been experiencing random black spots on the walls while playing Counter-Strike 1.6. Anyone know what is going on?

    I have a 2.4ghz Celeron with a GeForce FX 5200.

    :)

Also, when I'm dragging windows across the screen... I'm hearing a lot of hard drive noise and the windows are choppy. How can I fix this?

Nope. I just reformatted my computer two weeks ago...

I run Ad-Aware and SpyBot 1.3 everyday. Keep them both up to date. Also use McAfee AntiVirus for protection.

In my task manager, I have 35 running processes. Is that around the norm? :dunno:

My system tray only has 3-4 items in it.

is the video card being overclocked?

I overclocked it a tiny tiny bit but put it back to stock clock settings.

There's two "overclocking" settings 2D mode and 3D mode. I just put it at 3D mode, but 2D was stock.

I used Coolbits to unlock the clock settings in my Nvidia driver.
