Need to sleep less..

    It seems to me i sleep too much, its not that i want to, its that i have to. If i dont get my 9-10 hours a day i'm pretty much useles for the rest of the day.

    Some people can sleep for 4-6 hours a night and be fine with it.

    Is there something i can take, sumpliments, etc, that will help me with this?

    How old are you?

    Melatonin and ZMA may be helpful.

    Off the top of my head, I think it's an easily absorbed form of zinc and magnesium. It's great for allowing a quality sleep and it has some other great benefits as far as health/lifting go. Look it up.
