need to lose fat

    i have a great routine with working out and i am gaining muscle and ive lost some fat. im in no way fat its just im a bit chubby.

    im 5'10 180 pounds and 15% body fat. i really want my somewhat of love handles gone and my bottom abs to show. my top abs show fine its just somewhat the middle and lower ones.

    i do an hour of biking everyday after i go to the gym. so in other words i spend 2 hours total exercising everyday. id like to say i eat pretty good too.

    anything i should really try to not eat ? anything i should eat more of?

    oh and i dont take any supplements but i heard muscle milk helps loose fat. is that true????

    and i dont want to cut calories since i dont want to loose the muscle ive worked so hard for.

    please help me out
