need to change routine

    Well i think i'm starting to plateau with gains. I think i'm mentally burning out because i'm eating a shitload but have been stuck with the same weight for the last 3 weeks.Need suggestions on a new routine or adjustments to this one

    Sept 2005 Weight 155
    Present 185
    Goal 220
    Height 5'9
    Daily calories 3400

    Sets 3 (4 for legs)
    Reps 8 to 10

    day1
    chest/upper back
    wide grip pulldowns (supersetted with)
    DB Bench Press
    Incline DB Bench Press ( trisetted with)
    DB Pullovers &
    Machine Upright rows
    DB Flys (supersetted with)
    DB Rows

    Day 2
    20 minute interval running
    Pull-ups, Chin-ups, Pushups, Situps,

    Day 3
    Shoulders/Biceps/Forarms
    DB Shoulder Press (Supersetted with)
    Close Grip BB Raises
    BB Curls (trisetted with)
    Close Grip Bench Press
    Lying Tricep Extensions
    DB Curls (Supersetted with)
    Dips
    Tricep Pulldowns

    Day 4 (same as day 2)

    Day 5
    Legs, Lower Back
    Squats (supersetted with)
    Leg Extensions
    Lunges
    Hamstring Extensions
    BB Calf Raises
    Deadlift

    Saturday (rest)

    Deadlift 50 x 5 (5 sets) yeah i know its weak, just started, wanna work on technique

    Any suggestions or critque would be greatly appreciated
