need to bulk

    ok first off im a hard gainer.. I eat and eat but don't gain..

    so what are some good foods to eat? I know i need protein carbs cals and all that but list specific foods that I should go stock up on

    post what you eat in a typical day, I bet it isn't a lot.

    like mike said, post what you eat in a typical day. Also, what is your height and weight?

    we need some specifics here in order to analyze your diet. I am willing to bet that
    1) you dont eat enough
    2) you dont hit the weights hard enough

    post your height, weight and what you might eat in a typical day. foods and portions consumed.

    im 6'0" and weigh 130

    in a typical day.. hrmm hard to say im a college student so its what i can get my hands on.. usually start off with protein shake in the morning (whey protein) and then a candy bar or two til lunch, which is normally 3 soft tacos from tbell or some pasta here at the apartment, sometimes 2 cans of tuna, then i work out in the afternoon, eat a snack or two after work out then dinner is a nice 3 course meal where I make sure and clean out even if i feel im gonna puke... then after that I eat alot right before bed, tuna or ravioli and another protein shake..

    also I workout 3-4 days outta the week.


    make sure and workout for a good hour-hour and half on chest arms stomach and somewhat legs..

    you don't eat enough, multiply your food intake by at least 3.

    typical bulkig meal of mine before i started cutting
    Breakfast:
    6 eggs
    4 pieces of toast
    bacon
    2 slices of chease
    cup of oatmeal
    1 apple
    EFAs & vitamins

    would drink a shake 2 scoops of ON whey w/water
    Workout
    PWO/lunch
    2 chciken breasts
    potatos, mashed, baked, or something
    green beans
    gatorade with creatine
    start drinking my milk & oreos

    Dinner
    somethign similar to lunch
    Finish up the 1/2 gallon of milk

    Before bed:
    on shake 2 scoops iof ON whey
    ZMA

    eat more, and eat more foods that are high in protein. That combined with a workout plan designed for bulking in mind and maybe some supplements to help you along should give some pretty noticable results
