need suggestions on "filling out arms" *PIC*

    ok i've been working out for quite some time now, and i made reasonably decent gains and i continue to do so; however, i had a question that i'd like to illustrate.

    this is the best picture of an arm that will fit my description that i found off google's image finder, granted my arms are larger.. so bare with me....

    in that picture.. you see how the kid doesn't really have his bicep fill his whole upper arm? mine is sort of like that and i want to fill out my arm so it doesn't look like that bone pertrudes (sp?) when i am walking.

    does anyone even get what i am talking about? i wanted to post this before i go back to class so i can get some answers for when i come home .. but i'll explain it more if it is needed. thanks in advance.

    You can't change your insertion points, sorry. All you can do is make your muscles bigger overall.

    This may seem obvious, but you might want to try more compound arm movement lifts, that and eat more. That would be my advice if you are doing more isolation bicep exersizes.

    I know what you're talking about and mine is almost gone. My guess is you would just have to increase the muscle around it. I would throw in some lower bicep stuff like concentrations, and preacher curls. hit up the lower tricep with some tates. also my forearms seem to hide it once they got bigger. oh and some body fat couldnt hurt either.

    i wouldnt try my hardest to get rid of it. it should go away as you get bigger

    yeah thanks this is the reply i was looking for.. just kind of exercises that will help build more muscle in that specific area...

    there's no such thing as a "lower bicep" exercise :uh:

    ahnold used to say close grip curls work the outer edge of the bicep, wide grip works the inner.

    That's true, you can work inner vs. outer because of the positioning of the long and short head, but not upper vs. lower.
