ok i've been working out for quite some time now, and i made reasonably decent gains and i continue to do so; however, i had a question that i'd like to illustrate. this is the best picture of an arm that will fit my description that i found off google's image finder, granted my arms are larger.. so bare with me.... in that picture.. you see how the kid doesn't really have his bicep fill his whole upper arm? mine is sort of like that and i want to fill out my arm so it doesn't look like that bone pertrudes (sp?) when i am walking. does anyone even get what i am talking about? i wanted to post this before i go back to class so i can get some answers for when i come home .. but i'll explain it more if it is needed. thanks in advance.
