can prob tell i concentrated more on bi/tri/chest/shoulder. common routines were flat bench press, db shrugs, db curls, little of db kickbacks, db flys, cable flys, decline bench smith, barbell curl, power shrugs, and other various machines. my main goal is to gain muscle mass while reducing fat is second. basically trying to look better:sadwavey: can anyone give me any advice on where im lacking and should consider judging from my fatass? maybe a routine workout shedule of some sort?:hsd:

edit: also noticed my right arm seems to be larger:noes:

the right arm being larger than the lift is to be expected...common sense

try a high volume routine, you're a noob so you can get away with eating at maintenance and probably lose a little fat while gaining muscle, but dont expect that to last for long..
