So I haven't been to the gym much because of work. I work continental shifts, sometimes doing 13 and 14 hour days. this takes away my energy, I go home and i'm to tired to hit the gym and just want to relax and eat then hit the sack. I know it's all my fault with no energy/motivation and just being lazy, but is there anything i can take before a workout to get me pumped? something with no caffeine so i can still go to sleep after the gym?
