I have a piss test tomorrow morning at 6am at MEPS because my protein levels in my urine are "high" so I need to do a re-test or some bullshit. ANyways I need to flush ALL protein out of my body by tomorrow morning and need to know how I can do this.

Other than just not eating protein and drinking a ton of water, what else can I do?

    Thanks

I don't think you're gonna get fired for high protein levels. Last I checked that wasn't illegal.

It has nothing to do with getting fired or anything illegal.

My protein levels need to be normal so the MEPS doctor will sign off that i'm good to go and can ship to boot camp.

    Any advice?? Thanks

They usually use creatinine in your blood to test this so yeah, avoid protein but most importantly avoid creatine.

Would that show high sugar levels in his urine if he drank a bunch of it?

blood sugar is temporary, unless he was chugging it on his way into the office then i doubt his levels would be that high.

I'm pretty sure protein isn't supposed to show up in urine test :dunno:

When I was in the hospital and protein started showing up in my urine, the doctors were very worried.

They use creatinine levels to measure kidney functions so I think it's just that he has high creatinine levels, especially if he's taking creatine.

Like I said in the message you quoted, in normal people it's used to assess kidney functions (ie : if your kidneys work correctly). High protein intake or creatine intake certainly alters the results but it doesn't mean that there's a kidney problem.

unless there is something wrong with ur kidneys, you shouldnt have any protein in you're urine. get ur kidneys checked bra

  25. listen to the guys above, get yourself checked out asap. protein shouldn't be showing up in the urine, it's a sign of kidney malfunction.
