    Quick background:
I've been working out since my mid 20s. I'm 31 now. I stopped going to the gym for a year, when I was 29. I'm back at it now...

For all the working out I have done, the one problem area I have always had has been my chest development. Every other muscle group gains nicely. I move up in weights pretty damn steady. Of course I have my setbacks when I get the flu etc.

The majority of my problem is upper chest. It just does not want to GO

What I have done over the years:
    1. Always do chest workout on the first day of my weekly routine, when I'm fresh.
    2. Change my chest routine around every 6 weeks.
    3. In addition to the 16 sets of chest exercises, work in 5 sets of 1-2 rep
    maxouts.
    4. Pay close attention to tricep workout
    5. Latest change, all chest movements are incline.

Still, get this, my 1 rep max is 240. Now that just sucks....
The one thing I can't do, due to an old shoulder injury, is using a very wide grip on bench. On anything other than warmup weight, I can only go a little over a shoulder wide grip.

I'm looking for any other suggestions that anyone may have short of DIAF...

How about some Decline's, Pin Pulls, Fly's or Flats? I think that may help some.

    *edit*

I know you said upper chest, but you should work upper, middle, and lower chest. This will help you grow evenly.

As I change my routines, I have pretty much worked in all presses, Incline, decline, flat DB, BB, etc. Same with fly movements.

However, I have never done nor heard of pin pulls?
WTF, I know every other movement known to man... why have I
    never heard of these? Explain?

im confused about this pin pull thing. If you read the bottom of the article it actually says that he is just using these examples of pinpulls to show that you can justify anything in your training. Outside of this article, which I think is supposed to be tongue in cheek, I have yet to read something that suggests pin-pulls to build chest. I don't doubt that pin-pulls are beneficial for gaining overall mass, but it doesn't seem possible for the pin-pull to employ as much muscle fibers as a press movement.

I clicked on the said link above....are pin pulls basically deads from de-elevated safety bars? If so, I believe I've seen these before.
