It doesnt really matter what genre cause I listen to it all. But preferably some underground/lesser known stuff, that way chances are I dont already have it.

Give The Life and Times a shot. Their album, "Suburban Hymns" is great...just picked it up. Great indie rock with some pretty spacey/atmospheric instrumentals and just a touch of mid/late 90's Radiohead.

    Underground eh?

A minor Forest (math rock, I guess. Emphasis on rock)
Bardo Pond (druggy layered sort of psychedlic rock)
Peeping Tom (dark pop with hip hop influences)
Secret Chiefs 3 (middle eastern influence, crazy time signatures galore)
My morning jacket (not particularly underground, but catchy as hell reverb drenched rock)
Ojas de Brujo (spanish music with some hip hop influence)
    Spirit Caravan (sabbath style rock)

Another band I just discovered (they're new to me, may not be to everyone else):

    If Hope Dies

Check them out, let me know what you think.
