need some insight

    here's a pic of me from one of my modeling shoots. I'm thinking about quitting because the modeling requires me to be the same as I am now, but I want to gain mass for tennis.

    I'm 5'9" 120 lbs, my goal is 140

    I don't need to work on my arms or shit like that, fuck that shit, it's just for show. I mainly do work on my legs and stomach because that's all I need in tennis. fuck squats too, too much work

    here's my schedule

    sunday- legs/abs/run
    monday- legs/tennis
    tuesday- abs/tennis/agility drills
    wensday- swim/tennis/abs
    thursday- yoga/legs/agility drills
    friday- abs/tennis
    saturday- tennis/running

    my diet usually consists of steaks, fish and tofu because I dont cook much. sometimes I just say fuck it, and go to fogo de chau downtown and gorge myself. I eat a protein bar before I work out and have a protein shake afterwards.

    oh and if it's relevant, I use one of those gyro ball things to improve my grip

    getting bigger for tennis, not wanting to do squats, training abs so often yet having none, and the nature of the photo!!!

    my serves lack pop. legs are key here. and nature of the photo? sorry, I get paid to look good on camera. it's a photo from a photoshoot and I cant be bothered to find my camera this late and take a pic

    Why even bother with any of it then? Plus if are worried about your fantastic modeling career, you do realize there are male models that aren't tan holocaust victims like yourself?

    I don't tan, I naturally have a dark complexion. I'm thinking about doing squats as soon as my back recovers. shits been aching for a long ass time. might even go to the chiropractor
