need some insight for a workout plan

    so i want to join the military, navy to be more specific and need a good workout plan to pass the PT

    need to focus on running alot and endurance doing pushups, i can only do about 30 right now, recommended is 80+ in 2 mins, 49 being the minimun

    ive never taken any supplements or creatine or whatever, should i take something? ive always wanted to try creatine but never got into it really.

    so what do you guys recommend i do?

    you never got into the whole creatine thing? sucks for you, I gained 25 lbs of lean muscle mass after the first week

    I'm 285lbs and can do 100lbs in under 2 minutes

    christ, how can you not do that

    you don't need creatine or supplements for pushups - just keep doing them regularly and you'll improve

    can someone recommend me some good creatine ? :x:

    and yes ive been doing pushups everyday

    if you're trying hard and putting effort, they'll improve. if you aren't, they won't. creatine != pushup numbers
