ive started working out about 4 months ago, i've been eating a decent amount of food, maybe not as much as i should. I eat a lot of meat practically everyday.

Now i'm thinking of taking some whey protein. let say if I consumed about 100g of protein from normal foods, could i just take another 3-4 scoops of whey protein throughout the day to complete my daily protein consumption?

    im currently trying to bulk.

    im 5'9, 172lb

Sure that's fine that's how I do it. I drink 3 whey shakes a day because I don't have time to eat but have time to slam a shake down. ON Whey seems to be OT fav. and I use it too. So if your getting 100gs or protein from food one or two shakes will help.
