Well since May I've lost 50lbs on the Jenny Craig diet and walking 3 miles per day in 30 minutes. Now it's getting darker earlier and starting to get really cold which means I won't be walking as much. I don't want to kill this momentum I have here so I need some ideas on things I could do inside to keep up the same type cardio I've been getting with my 3 mile walks. I've got a weight bench here in my basement so keep that in mind with any suggestions. Thanks!
