I am having some trouble getting sound to come out of my subs. I originally thought one of my old subs was blown. So I bought new subs (2 10" Alpine type r 4ohm dvc) and I got a new amp to push them (MA Audio HK-1000D.) I got every thing hooked up correctly and I have nothing coming out of my subs. I checked my power going to the amp and its good, my remote wire is good because the amp turns on and off when I tell it to. I tried a second pair of rcas to eliminate the originals and I still have nothing. Could my sub ouput from my head unit be bad? Its a Pioneer DEH P9300. I've had it for a few years so it could be a strong possibility. But I'm stumped right now. Any help would be great.

    Thanks,
    J

plug the rca's into one of the other outputs... if you get sound, then the there's your answer.

still don't get sound, but I also tried another head unit and it didn't get any sound either. I'm gonna try another amp when I get some time.
