i want to get back in shape. im 21, 5'10" and bounce between 185-195lbs. id like to get back down to the 165 area again. i also want to get rid of the beer gut that im slowly building up. i also run out of breath really easily, so id like to work on that. im not really sure what to do, im also not a fan of public gyms. do you guys have any suggestions on what i could do?
