Okay, some background information to help you out. I'm 18 and around 225 at 5'11. I don't know what bodyfat I truly have, but it is too high. I can see definition in my arms, forearms and legs. The main problem is my "gut". No matter what I've tried, I still can't drop it. Basically, I need to find some way to cut down on my bodyfat percentage. I am a boxer and tennis player, and quite like james toney, it's my fitness that's holding me back from winning consistently. I do the normal stuff, jumping rope, weight rotation, but no matter how much cardio I do, I can't seem to shave it off. I personally think that the problem is my diet. Oh, and the other problem is that I design and build loudspeakers for income to get money for school, so I happen to be quite creative and monotonous cardio machines just kill me. I want to take up running, but I can get shin splints really bad if I go at it for long enough. So, I pray to thee, help me out! Oh, I also have hypertension and LVH from a eph/lipo 6 stack I did when I was 15, so I cannot take any metabolic enhancing supps.
