need some good ab exercises...

  1. yeah, so im a pretty fit guy all around. all around except for my abs tha is... im 5-11 and weigh 180. ive been working out for about a year now and have lost a lot of fat, and gained a lot muscle.. the only thing i really need to work on now is my stomach.. i have this section of nothing but flab that i need to work on.. so can you please give me some good exercises to help me out... thanks

    lose more fat.

    my favorite ab exercises is laying on the bench with your legs hanging off the end, then having somebody stand at your side and throw them down. I like it better on a bench because your legs can go below parallel. My abs get the sorest when I do those, it just sucks cause i always workout alone and can't do them.

    Grab a plate, put it behind your head and do sit ups on a decline bench. Abs are like any other muscle, do 5x10 sets.

    If you still have a layer of fat hiding your abs, working them more isn't going to make them more visible and will only push the layer of fat out further.
