    Hey brolies, I need a meal replacement for when i am at school. Was wondering what you guys would recommend? I was thinking something like muscle milk?

    Can you take a shake with you and keep it cold? If so, this is generally what I have as a PWO meal, but sometimes I use it to replace meals as well.

    2 scoops mass meal (you can use muscle milk)
    1c milk
    2tbsp peanut butter
    1 banana

    I throw some ice in it too, but I drink it right away.

    You can look into getting MRP bars as well. Are you cutting or bulking? How many calories do you need for this meal? When I was cutting, I used a Promax bar (~300 cal, 20g protein) as a meal replacement.

    No, Im bulking. As many caloris as possible is good. The problem is that i cant keep it cold for several hours, thats why i would get the wieghtgainer and bring my blender to school. As far as brands of weightgainers go, whats the best?

    ergopharm mass meal is good.. FOOD > MRP's > WEIGHTGAINERS

    weightgainers have more maltodextrin and other "filler" shit in them, making them worse than mrp's. if you want "weight", get a weightgainer. if you want "muscle", get a MRP.

    also, you can make your own MRP by taking whey and adding natural PB. what hootpie suggested before was a good idea, but if you have the money and/or are lazy, you could just buy an MRP.
