Heres the routine I use, I found it on a website: I do abs each workout day too. I'm 6ft 155lb so I'm a skinny fuck. I'm trying to gain weight, so should I not run or what? I know it burns calories, but its healthy so I dunno if I should do it nor not. If I should, how often and how long should I be doing it? Would I be working my abs too much, not enough, or just right if I worked them just on the days I workout?
