Heres the routine I use, I found it on a website:

I do abs each workout day too. I'm 6ft 155lb so I'm a skinny fuck. I'm trying to gain weight, so should I not run or what? I know it burns calories, but its healthy so I dunno if I should do it nor not. If I should, how often and how long should I be doing it?

Would I be working my abs too much, not enough, or just right if I worked them just on the days I workout?

Also, am I working my legs enough? I'm only doing them once a week.

I personally think that you should stick to a full-body routine or a 2-day split to hit your muscles more and practice the lifts more often since you're not used to it yet, but this kind of split worked for many people. As long as you bust your ass, eat enough and get enough recovery you should be fine.

I would put tris with shoulders, and only do abs once a week if your using weights. Or twice a week maybe, one focusing on stability, one focusing on more core work

Yeah, if you want to, it has great cardiovascular benefits. But you should take that into account for your daily cal intake if you do it.
Also, only 10 min on the stair machine after a leg-day helps recovery a lot in my case going from being sore for 2 days to no soreness on the same night.
