this isnt a troll or joke post.okey with that said, I just started "working out" and for the past 10 weeks I've only been working abs.And thats all I want to work on,nothing else.well besides flexibility.I really let myself get overweight the past couple years but now I'm down to 170 from 210.my goal is 135-145 and I'm 6'1.I used to weigh 135 and was comfortable at that weight. This has been my routine for the past 10 weeks.I work my abs about once every other day by doing weighted crunchs till max rep.1st week I did 10lbs,2nd week 15lbs and now I am at 20lbs. So then my question is should I continue to increase the weight every month or stay with 20lbs? should I work my abs more than once a day every other day? or should I work them all through out the day on the days I work them?
