I was doing an incline press the other night, and I noticed a sharp pain in my right shoulder. When I was doing close grip I noticed the pain more, but when I went wide I didn't feel shit. Should I stay away from incline for a while? Suggestions?

There is a difference between pain and discomfort, while you can play/lift through discomfort pain is your body saying "Fuck this shit, Dude!".
