    Hello everyone.

My PS2 doesn't load up any games anymore, but will play Cds. I took it apart, and cleaned it, but it still doesn't work,

ANy suggestions? Sony told me to go to hell because I took it apart. Oh well, it was out of warranty anyways.

    Thanks.

I don't see why Sony wouldn't fix it, even though you've taken it apart. If you still have warranty coverage then that would be voided, but otherwise, they should have no problem working on it. FWIW, it'll cost you about $120 to have Sony fix your PS2, and it will be gone for a couple weeks.

Thanks guys. I guess I just don't want to pay to get it fixed. Why should I pay for a POS, and then pay to get said POS fixed? At least I know what the inside looks like, and those things get dirty as hell, with big ass dust balls.

My brother is having problems getting some games to boot up.
