I'm having a hard time deciphering what I'm supposed to be taking.

I lift every other day. I want something that can feed my muscles what they need but I also need something that I can drink every day as a meal replacement.

In the past I've tried Muscle Milk, which I love, but it's a lot more calorie heavy than ON Whey (for example).

I'm not taking any supplements right now but I want to buy a shitload of stuff in bulk.

My goal: simply to add lean muscle mass and minimize fat I put on while I try to grow.

    1) Fix your diet
    2) Get a nice routine
    3) Get enough rest
    4) Get some worthy supplements
    In that order.

Been there...all I see is advice on what kind of diet to lead, not what kind of supplements I should take.

the only supplements that are worth a damn for what you want are illegal.

Stick to the basics. Good diet, whey, multi vitamin, fish/flax oil.

    Read the archives and stickies.

takes time brotha... none of the shit on the market that isn't anabolic is good. you could start taking creatine, its good for you... but other than that, nothing is going to happen over night. Stay consistent for a few years and you'll get swole

I could push myself a lot harder. But I am happy with the way I look. Sorry I haven't been more accommodating, I don't mean to come off rude.
