Need opinions on this diet

    Read the forums, stickies, etc etc etc Based off of that info I put together this diet. Im trying to cut down from 195 to 170. Just wanted to get an idea of what I should switch around for what. Im not into getting big I just want to be leaner.

    Meal 1 - Breakfast
    Flaxeed Oil
    1 Cups of Protein
    1 Cup of Oats

    Meal 2 - Mid Morning Shake
    1 Scoops of Protein
    Cup of oats
    Flaxeed Oil
    Bannana

    Meal 3 - Mid morning Snack
    Wholemeal rice
    Chicken Breast
    Flaxeed Oil

    Meal 4 - Lunch
    Rice
    Chicken Breast
    Green Beans

    Meal 5 - Pre weight lifting
    1 Scoops of Protein Powder
    Bannana
    Sweet Potato


    Meal 6 - Post work out
    1 Scoops of Protein
    1 Apple

    Meal 7 - Dinner
    Tuna Sandwich

    lose the flaxseed oil and go for fish oil caps and light olive oil

    what do you mean by 1 cup of protein at breakfast?

    how much chicken breast are you eating at those meals?

    looks good.. ive done a variation like this.. minues the sweet potato.. i hate those.. and no flax seed

    Im thinking of buying a bag of frozen chicken breasts, something like this, where everythings good to go and I can just buy a bag or two of it a week and keep it simple.

    I seriously just don't understand how you can fuck up a perfectly good diet. Switch out EVERY scoop of protein with whole food.
