They just did a post about this on the "Fitness" board. Not sure if you can search it, but if not, it should be within the first few pages.

*EDIT: I just posted some rap songs on the "rap songs that get you pumped" topic.

I workout to rap and hard rock, but it depends on what I'm doing (weights/cardio/etc). If you list a genre, and I know of any good songs, I'll post some.

I use Limewire to download, but I don't care for it too much. I have dial-up, so that doesn't help.
When I workout, I like to listen to:

    Pantera
    Anthrax
    Metallica
    Megadeth
    Slayer
    Fear Factory
    Meshuggah
    Strapping Young Lad
    Obituary
    Damageplan
    Machine Head
    In Flames
    Soilwork
    The Haunted
    Mastodon
    Lamb of God
    Sepultura
    Soulfly
    Whitezombie
    Damageplan
    All That Remains
    Chimaira
    Dead To Fall
    God Forbid
    Hatebreed
    Shadows Fall
    Killswitch Engage
    Manntis
    Trivium
    Unearth

That's all I can really remember without looking at my songs. Most of the songs from those bands are heavier and great workout songs, with some exceptions...

    :bigok:

I love me some Fu Manchu.

I have a few tracks of theirs on my workout list (Evil Eye, Eatin’ Dust, Over the Edge, and so on).

    Gotta love that fuzz.
