ive been putting off buying a set.. can someone hook me up with a link?
what is a good one to start with?
maybe if I tell you how much weight I do with my seated row (160lbsx10) you can tell me which one I need. I feel like if I do 170lb, I can do up to 10, but since my grip starts falling off, I can't do it. maybe I should get the 200lb one? what do you think
get the trainer if you've never done grip work before, #1 if you have a fairly strong grip
