You should be able to get it yourself without too much trouble. Just call one of MS's commercial/business support numbers and ask for the hotfix noted in KB837432.

The tech will ask you for some personal info (name, zip code, email address), then will email you a temporary FTP login to get the hotfix. You shouldn't be charged anything for access to the hotfix, and in the past they didn't ask for any information about the Windows serial number.

I've done this several times in the past and haven't had any problems, so give it a try and see what happens.

Yup, just call up Microsoft, give them the KB# and they will not charge you since it is a hotfix.

I called and got this exact one the other day, but it wouldn't install since I have service pack 1 installed. I haven't called back to check with them, but I haven't seen the blue screen again.
