In light of my recent injury, I need to come up with a new routine until I can get my legs back to where they need to be. My left knee is still immobilized, so I'm restricted to what I can do.. For the most part, I am going to restrict myself to dumbbells or circuit machines so that I don't strain my leg (i.e. bending to pickup curl bars, barbells, etc). Since I can only work my upper body, I need to come up with a good 3 or 4 day routine. Here is what I was thinking.. Feel free to criticise: 3-Day routine: Monday: Shoulders, Upper Arms (Tris, Bis) Tuesday: Rest Wed: Forearms, Chest Thurs: Rest Fri: Back, Waist, Hips (Obliques, Abs, Sat/Sun: Rest What do you guys think? Lined up correctly or no? Seems so weak, but I guess I have to work with what I got. Let me know what you think.
