She's about 5'3" and around 125lbs. to 130lbs. Ideally, she'd like to cut to around 115lbs. She can't afford a gym membership right now, so all she does is run and do yoga. I'm gonna make sure she at least starts doing free squats and pushups or something. I'll eventually buy her some db's and show her the basic movements (squats, dl's, bench, and probably lunges.) Can someone help with a good meal plan? I don't know much about cutting... -Does around 1300 Cals per day sound okay? -About 325 fat calories per day? (how many grams is this??) Once she gets a nutrition plan set up, I'll get her to use FitDay so she can keep track of everything. Thanks!
