How's everybody doing? I need some help in making a diet to get into shape. I'm 5'8/160lbs. Here is the catch, my parents are vegetarian and quite religious. They don't allow meat inside the home, but don't have a problem, if I eat it outside. I was wondering if somebody could help me with giving me alternative products to eat, that are high in protein, low in fat as in meats. What is everybody's opinion about tofu? At the moment, for my source of protein I eat the artificial whey protein as well as meat such as salmon, turkey, chicken, etc etc.
