well i just purchased a digi cam about a month ago....it is a sony dsc-s75. I have a problem, the shutter speed will only let you let the shutter thing open for 8 seconds. to me thats not enough time, i would like to take photos at night time, if anyone has expierience with this camera is there a way where you can manual hold down the shoot button as long as you want and have the shutter open until you let go of the shoot button and make it close?

Is there a shutter setting called 'Bulb'? My Nikon has that, and it lets you hold down the button for however long...

I have the DSC-S70 and downloaded the manual from Sony's site. In there you should find how to adjust the settings, if it is possible.
