Ok so whenever it gets even remotely warm outside my computer get really loud, especially when I play a game like Counterstrike or Half Life 2. What can I do so I have a computer that isnt so loud? Do I need new fans? Any help would be great.

There are lots of things you can do, but some of them might make your computer run hotter (not good)

    What I've done:

    - replace CPU heatsink/fan for Zalman CNPS-7700Cu (MUCH quieter)
    - replace GPU heatsink/fan (loudest component in my computer) for Zalman VF-700 (MUCH quieter)
    - Suspend the hard drive in elastic cabling in a 5.25 drive bay. This way, the drive isn't touching the chassis at all, so no vibrational noises or seek times.

You can also replace the fans in the power supply and case fans, but that might be dangerous and not really do much to reduce noise.
