Need help with a supplemental day...

    This is my current routine:

    Like I said in there, I'd like to do something Friday. Cardio is a possibility, but I'd like to incorporate supplemental weights on that day too. I was thinking body-weight exercises and isolation, any suggestions?

    take abs, obliques, and calves out and do them on a supp day? its more of a personal choice.
