sooo...yeah. as of now dont have any workout schedule, dont realy eat healthy, and now im startin to build up a gut and some man boobs. definately not anything that i want. im planning on starting to run every other day, but not sure exactley what workouts i need to do to get rid o the man boobs. im 18, 5'10ish and weigh about 180. last year i was in weight training and weighed 185 and could max about 225.
