Need help please, I just built a new PC and have an IE issue

    When I scroll its very choppy and it is as if it is fading when I scroll down. It was not like that on my old system. Both are running Win XP Pro. Any ideas to fix this?

    you need to install updated video card drivers

    I admit I am a noob but how do I figure out what card that I have? All I know is that it is a ATI 9600 with 256 MB of DDR Ram. Any ideas??

    damn man, lot of stuff there to select!
    Any idea what the "offical" name of the graphics card? like my old one was a GeForce 32mb GTS

    how do you build your own PC and not know the hardware you're using? :confused:
