I know how to cook a good meal but I'm a complete retard when it comes to in between snacks throughout the day. I need ready to eat snacks that don't require any preparation. Pre-portioned would be even better. I grabbed these at the grocery store today. How did I do? :dunno: Can you guys give me some recommendations?

tubs of cottage cheese, albertsons has deals every couple weeks for 10 for 10 dollars so they are way cheap, i just munch a tub every day
they have lots of calories if you're looking for that
i also love cottage cheese so thats a plus, could be tough if you dont like it

i also buy packs of lunch meats they are like 50 cents each so i buy like 20 of them and just eat a pack whenever

Protein shakes and tuna are what I've been having for months now. I want to switch it up a bit.

I can't stand cottage cheese. :hs: Do you just eat it right out of the tub?

I'm looking for low calorie/carb items. Trying to lose a few pounds after having to take a break from the gym. Injuries suck. :hs:

Try blending it in a blender instead of mixing it by hand?

I just follow the instructions in the back of the box and add 2 scoops of choc whey. Hand mixing works fine for me.

try this, add 14.5 oz of milk to a shaker cup, two scoops of protein powder and then the pudding mix. put in the screen thing, cover and begin to shake violently until it is all mixed up. then pour into a bowl and wait a few mins. i just did this with vanilla ON whey, and vanilla jello pudding and its fucking delicious
