As the title suggests, I need help picking a camera and I'm torn between getting a regular camera or a camcorder. I want to be able to take decent videos, but I still want to be able to take decent stills. When I look at most point and shoots they advertise a video resolution of 640x480, but when I look at the camcorders they advertise the same thing, so what's the difference? Is there something else I should be looking for? Do I have to make a choice between stills or video? Anyone know of something that will take good stills and video? Also, I'm only looking to spend around $300. Thanks for the help.

Anyone know where I can get this camera that will deliver to Canada? All the places here have it listed for $399 and I'd rather get it for $300.
