Okay I've been going to the gym alot lately, before that I used to do alot of pushups.
The problem here is that after all the training I've had, now I have a fairly big chest (I'm only small build, mainly cause I'm half asian) but the rest of me is slim.

It looks really weird, my friends tell me I got man tits! They arent fat though my chest and shoulders are pretty solid but I have no abs and a small waist so it looks all out of proportion.

Can anybody here please give me a good rundown on how I can quickly build up my lower torso to even out the weight?

    Much appreciated! :wavey:

Not quite. I'm toned but still skinny though I have larger than the rest of my body shoulders and chest but it looks disproportional.
My abdominal area is small, I want to build it up.

Bigger lats will give you more of a v-shape

Besides already having a start for the natural V shape,
one would think that doing excercises for the other muscles groups would stimulate the same response. ie pushups helped you develop a good chest, pullups would work your back, squats/deadlifts for legs etc. etc.
    Good luck Bolo.

Pullups and lat pulldowns are all you need to develop your lats. Please tell me you have been doing them in your training
