Okay I've been going to the gym alot lately, before that I used to do alot of pushups. The problem here is that after all the training I've had, now I have a fairly big chest (I'm only small build, mainly cause I'm half asian) but the rest of me is slim. It looks really weird, my friends tell me I got man tits! They arent fat though my chest and shoulders are pretty solid but I have no abs and a small waist so it looks all out of proportion. Can anybody here please give me a good rundown on how I can quickly build up my lower torso to even out the weight? Much appreciated!
