I've been dieting for over 6 months and going to the gym 5-6 days a week for the past 3 months. I still can't seem to get rid of my love handles. Any suggestions?

start logging your calories on www.fitday.com. If after a week you don't drop in weight go down 200 calories. Its all diet

join the club. i diet like crazy and they're still there. Granted, they're a lot smaller now, but the fuckers won't go away.

Weight comes off in the opposite order that it went on. It'll take a while.

I was a size 40 waist, been dieting for 7 months and I am finally down to a 3. It's going to be the last place you lose it. Stick with the diet and it will eventually come off.

it's just going to take some time. My belly and tricep fat are my issues but they're slowly but surely melting away. :)

    Other than diet and cardio:

Carb cycling + EC+Y stack = winning combo.

Do a lot of heavy oblique exercises. Maybe if you gained some mass under the fat you wouldn't feel so bad :dunno:

    True.

You can lose weight all you want, but if there isn't an muscle under the skin, you'll always look flabby.
