need help getting rid of gut and moobs....

    hey fitness crew....well i had a question about what i should do to loose my man boobs or formerly known as "moobs" and my gut, and so i thought that this is the best place to ask.......i just want to know which foods i should cut out and what workouts i should do......currently im working the bi's tris chest and shoulders using dumbbells and some minor bench press work.....im doing it for grappling/wrestling strength and i want to lose the gut for the summer lol so any help is much appreciated :big grin:

    Cliffs: what foods should i cutoff and what workout are good for losing my gut and my moobs.....thanks :big grin:

    chill out due.

    Should work fine for you even though it is a chics workout. Adjust the weight for you and cutting and cut simple sugars and up carbs.

    There's so many of these threads by noobs it's just old. All the information you could need is in the stickies. Stop being lazy, read them and ask questions about the things you don't understand.

    Even the brolliest of the broly was new to it all at some point so don't sweat it, but do some legwork if you're serious about your goals.

    Cutting foods out is the wrong approach....its just going to give you bad habits. Like subbing in other crap instead.

    You have to know what you are eating so select a range foods to eat. Only eat within those selections. read the stickies we have here...

    cut the junk food out and cut back on the kegstands

    and if you wanted to get stronger for grappling why dont you work on legs/back/shoulders. Bi's tri's and chest are less important for a wrestler.

    by wrestler he probably ment kegstands.



    from what iev seen if your in the wrestling program anywhere they put you into training and do weight training once a week atleast..

    This is my broly Olympic wrestling team cousin. Hes a 17 year old freak. But I know he did a shit load of weight training.

    It's like my freaking cousins all looked like that without ever doing anything.

    I think it gave me a complex and that's why I work out now :rofl:

    ahh, he worked really hard. He was in olympic training this winter in colorado, the youngest person there. He went to japan and fight a couple 30 year old dudes, one from russia and one from japan and got his ass kicked. So he justs going to penn on scolarship. But I know hes been in powerlifting competitions too just because of his wrestling training.
