Ok, here is the deal. A while ago, someone put a backup webserver on our lan with the same computer name as our primary web server. So, that did all sorts of weird things in AD - the short of it is that we are unable to "manage" our webserver through administrative tools.

So, I figured I'd log into the machine locally and remove it from the domain and add it again. Well, the programmer that built the pc isn't here anymore, and I don't have any of the local passwords. So, I'm using some password resetting software(its a win 2K advanced server) but I can't get in.

Now, we are out of disk space, and our website is crawling and features are dying. Can someone out there give me some pointers?

You try that Linux boot disk that can reset Windows 2000 and XP passwords?

Anyway of contacting the guy that setup the web server?
